Il concetto di Yin e Yang è molto antico e sta alla base della filosofia e del pensiero cinese;
costituisce il simbolo della dualità esistente in ogni elemento di cui è composto l'Universo:
due entità opposte e complementari che formano la totalità.
Il lato in ombra della collina (yin) e il lato soleggiato della collina (yang).
Due fronti opposti, chiaro e scuro, bianco e nero.
Lo yin e lo yang hanno radice uno nell'altro: sono interdipendenti, hanno origine reciproca,
l'uno non può esistere senza l'altro.
Si nasce così, si coltivano ambedue i campi di azione, generalmente si vive mostrando
uno e celando l’altro e viceversa in un continuo interscambio.
Il bambino li sente entrambi, contemporaneamente, come una sola caratteristica esistenziale,
la parte buona insieme alla parte cattiva, l’una come reazione/relazione all’altra.
The concept of Yin and Yang is very ancient and is the basis of Chinese philosophy and thought;

in modo determinante all’esplorazione della vita e degli stati emotivi, dai più immediati ai più profondi e indecifrabili.
