JonnyBoy è il bambino interiore.
L’ opera presenta un bambino di circa 12 anni, il suo sguardo è studiato per
portare tre diverse chiavi di lettura: una positiva, la meraviglia, una negativa, la paura e
una neutrale, lo stupore, tutte rinchiuse nella stessa espressione del viso.
Jonny Boy è la rappresentazione del bambino interiore che è rinchiuso in ogni essere
umano, è il bambino che, con lo scorrere del tempo, si tende a dimenticare, a mettere
in un angolo dell’anima, a nascondere nonostante provi insistentemente a farsi sentire.
E' un viaggio nella memoria, alla ricerca del recupero di emozioni profonde,
di sensazioni, di colori, profumi e attimi che quando riemergono, esplodono e
coinvolgono tutti i sensi.
Il tempo passato torna sotto forma di energia e prende forma in un confronto continuo
con se stessi e Jonny Boy è lo specchio nel quale ritrovare se stessi.

JonnyBoy is the inner child.
The work features a boy of about 12 years old, his gaze is studied for
bring three different keys to interpretation: positive, wonder, negative, fear and
a neutral one, amazement, all enclosed in the same facial expression.
Jonny Boy is the representation of the inner child who is locked up in every human
being, it is the child who, with the passage of time, tends to forget, to put
in a corner of his soul, to hide despite trying persistently to be heard.
It is a journey into memory, in search of the recovery of the deep emotions,
of sensations, colors, perfumes and moments that when they re-emerge, explode and
involve all the senses.
The past time returns in the form of energy and takes shape in a continuous comparison
with yourself and Jonny Boy is the mirror in which to find yourself.

Jonny Boy è una scultura, un dipinto oppure un disegno.
Viene colpito da frecce, è un robot, vive a contatto con la natura, cerca di salvarsi,
salta, è capovolto, anche sospeso, ha la maschera antigas o una corona di spine.
È caratterizzato e rappresentato in qualsiasi dimensione o esperienza ma la sua
espressione non cambia, immutabile come il tempo, imperturbabile come la natura stessa.

Jonny Boy is a sculpture, a painting or a drawing.
He is hit by arrows, he is a robot, he lives in contact with nature, he tries to save himself,
jump, it is upside down, even suspended, it has a gas mask or a crown of thorns.
It is characterized and represented in any dimension or experience but its own
expression does not change, unchanging like time, imperturbable like nature itself.
